Craig wanted to try out Uncle Ian's old snowboard ...
(it was Ian's when he was a teenager)
Grandpa tied a long rope around him ...
to control his speed going down the driveway ...
after a few spills he went back to sliding ... will try it again another day ...
the other kids wore themselves out ...
sliding down the hill ...
Grandpa to the rescue ... towing them back up ...

 

Mom and Kurt came for a visit ...

and to go cross-country skiing ...

we had made a track around the field ...

using the snowmobile ...

it was a great workout for them ...
