We started putting in the fence posts along the back on Friday ...
then ran the wire mesh ... that will be buried about 2 feet ...
in the trench and fastened it to the posts ...
this Hardware Mesh will hopefully keep the gophers ...
out of the garden ...
this section of the trench was back-filled ...
ready to move to the side ...
After taking the weekend off ...
well sort of ...
when the kids came for a visit ...
we were busy with them and not able to work on the fence ...
So this was a day to try and "Get er Done" ... !!!
Trench finished being dug ...
posts put in ...
braces nailed into the posts ...
and most of the wire mesh was placed ...
We have a couple more posts to be placed on the side ...
this is next on the list ...
then pick up the game fence ...
to be installed ...
