Red & Green Veggies ...

Enjoying the produce from the garden ...
beets are already large enough to eat ...
boiled them up for dinner ...
and the kids devoured them ....

Two different varieties of Kale ...
ready to be picked ...
eating them in salads ... my green smoothie energy drinks ...
and making Kale chips ...
Tearing them into  bite size pieces ... drizzling them with Olive Oil ...
adding a little sea salt ... or seasoned salt ...
 baking in the oven at 350 degrees ...
for 10 - 15 minutes ... until the edges are crispy ...
Everyone enjoyed them ... including the kids ...
Yummy ... !!!
