Once again our dear neighbour was happy ...
to have someone come up and pick the fruit ...
on Wednesday I spent a couple hours ...
picking all the crabapples from the tree ...
I kept the amount needed ...
and shared the rest with my friend Tammy ...
Yesterday ... was processing day ...
all the pots on the stove ready for the activity ...
The aroma of cinnamon ... cloves ... and allspice ...
was overwhelmingly delicious ...
These make a wonderful dessert ... side dish or garnish ...
especially when served with a pork roast ...
Yummy ... !!!
