First Outing in Houston ...

Kendall had taken Daigen to School first thing in the morning ...

Nixon was happy to have stayed home with Grandma and Grandpa ...

Something he doesn't get to do very often ... he usually has to go for the couple hour ride ...

When Kendall came back home ...

we went for a long walk to the park with Nixon ...

to have some playtime ...

while Kendall and I were busy in the kitchen ...

getting dinner organized ...

Nixon had so much fun ... we were laughing so hard with him ...

Poor grandpa sure felt the arthritis in his hands and knees though ...

(what we endure for our kids enjoyment)

After dinner it was time to head out to the hot tub ...

thank goodness Ian is able to heat just this area of the pool ...

There was no heat on ... in the swimming pool ...

and it sure was cold ...

The kids love having snacks by the hot tub ...

and daddy and grandpa were enjoying their sociables...

Everyone slept really well that night ... as it was a busy day ... !!!
