My Mother's Day ...

It was a beautiful ... clear blue sky ... sun shiny day ...

Started out my morning uncovering my plants in the garden ...

waiting for the coffee to brew ...

After receiving my Mother's Day phone calls ...

from Mike, Ian and his family ... and lots of texts ...

I proceeded to prepare my breakfast ...

of homemade crepes ... with raspberry jam ... icing sugar dusting ...

and fresh fruit ...

I ended up going outside to continue working ...

in my rock gardens ...

When I had taken a break ...

I received a message and

FaceTime call from Craig and Ella ...

wondering if I had checked my emails ...

Well ... I got quite the surprise ...

the family had sent the funniest Mother's Day card ...

an animation of dancing to the song "Hey Ma " ... with my face inserted ...

all four figures shaking their booty ...

Hilarious ... !!!!
