Tomatillos peeled ... washed ... ready to process ...
Inside a Tomatillo
Blanched ... chopped ... cooked ...
Scooped into jars ... into the water bath ... to be processed ...
voila ...
Tomatillo Salsa
While salsa was processing ... washed ... chopped ... parsley ...
put into vacuum sealer bags ...
to be placed in the freezer ...
Fresh carrots ...
just to be eaten ...
It was a busy day ...
Cabbage Rolls ... Tomatillo Salsa ... Borscht ...
packaged Parsley ...
and carrots ...
Next rainy day ...
won't be in the kitchen ... !!!
