Due to numerous hard rides ... the motor packed it in ...

so ...  Ian decided to install ...

a Skidoo Rotax engine ...

Ian located parts needed in Dewinton, Ab ...

and had asked Mike to pick them up ...

When Mike had spoken to Dusty the owner ...

he commented ...

"oh he's making a Frankenstein Sled "

that's what they call it when you combine parts from different makes of sleds ...

Dusty questioned whether Ian would be able to build it and make it work ...

This is the new and improved sled ...

Ian spent many hours working on this project over the summer ...

to get it up and running for when the snow arrives ...

Ian took the new beast out for a test drive ...

and it was a wild ride ... !!!
