Where The Buffalo Roam
On my travels to see the Grandchildren ...
I took the back road ... Coal Trail ... by Longview ...
and came across this farm ...
with this huge herd of Buffalo ...
Just had to stop and take a few pictures ...
I'm used to seeing cows ...
in our fields ...
so this was a real treat ...
They are rather large and beautiful..it isn't too hard to imagine a huge herd roaming in the prairies before there was all those subdivisions....great photos! ❤
