he reminded me of the Berry Pancake ...
(Oma used to have this dish in Austria ... together we figured out the recipe)
he was hungry for it ...
I wasn't able to make it for him as we did not have any raspberries ...
next time son ... !!!
But ... when I went to town I did pick up some raspberries ...
and had to make it ...
It is so simple ...
your own pancake batter ...
pour it into a cookie sheet or baking dish ...
add berries on top ...
bake at 350 for 20 min ...
or until golden brown ...
remove from oven ... sprinkle with sugar ...
serve warm or cold ...
