Using Peaches …


Trying out a new recipe to take to our apres ski dinner get together …
that I had seen on TV … "Bake with Anna Olson"
Raspberry Ricotta Buckle Recipe …
the base of the cake uses Ricotta cheese …
peaches were used instead of berries …
then covered with a streusel topping …
This cake was easy to whip up …
I will have to make it again … as there wasn't a piece left to take home …
it was a delicious dessert … !!!
