Finished Canning ...

Peaches ... Peaches ... Peaches ...
Spent the morning canning the rest of the peaches ...
had a few left over ...
so I decided to make Peach Crisp ...
 Dagmar had sent me an amazing blog ...
to  bake small cakes in Mason jars ...
I thought it would make perfect size portions for Mike ...
ready to be put into the oven ...

30 minutes later ...
fresh out of the oven ...
perfectly baked in the jars ...
once they were cooled ...
placed lids on them  ...
and put some in the fridge and freezer ...

And the large pan of Peach Crisp ...
is mine ...
for breakfast, lunch and dinner ...
perfect with a bit of fresh whipped cream ...
and
a steaming cup of coffee ...
