Was an early morning ...
we decided to have breakfast at McDonald's ...
the kids love the play area ...
and they were in need of burning off some energy ...
it's hard keeping them quiet at he Senior Complex Condo ...
The three of them helped Grandpa pack up the computer room ...
I was busy packing up the kitchen ...
the kids and their watches from Oma ...
were counting down the hours before we picked Katie up from the airport ...
Off to the airport to meet mom ...
each of them chose a coloured carnations to give to her when she arrived ...
taking some time to tour thru the terminal ...
checking out the large displays of statues ...
Hooray ... mom is back ...
she was greeted with lots of hugs and kisses ...
(daddy is still away at work in Omaha, Nebraska)
I'm not sure how much help the kids were with the luggage ...
I think Grandpa had excess baggage to deal with ...
I was sad to see the kids go ...
we had a wonderful time the last couple of weeks ...
Katie drove back home ...
and we went back to the condo ...
to continue packing ...
and stuffing the uhaul trailer ...
hoping everything will fit ...
Great photos of the kids with their Mom..does she know how lucky she is to have you and Mike?.I am sure she does....what a sweet idea that you got a carnation for the kids in the colors they liked to give to their Mom....
