It was time to process the tomatillos ...
after chopping the onions, garlic, peppers, tomatillos ...
placing them into a pot ... cooked down ... poured into jars ...
and then placed in the canner to process ...
always filling a dish with some salsa in it ...
to dip my tortilla chips ... and taste ...
