This golf tournament came along at the perfect time ...
we were waiting for the rest of our deck boards to be delivered ...
This is the last tournament of the TCPL Social Club ...
a great day to visit with all the retired group and other employees ...
It is always a challenge at this golf course ...
with all the wildlife ... deer included ...
After the golfing was completed ...
we enjoyed a delicious buffet dinner with all the fixings ...
Once dinner was finished ... and copious amounts of refreshments consumed ...
there were the gifts to be awarded to the golfers ...
There were gifts for everyone ...
names were drawn and we were able to choose the gift ...
I had kept my eye on one of the lawn chairs ...
although my name was not drawn until almost the end ...
I was so touched when Joe decided to give this chair to us ...
with the understanding that he wanted to spend a few hours sitting in it ...
when he comes for a visit with mom ...
Mike chose a gift certificate from the Pro Shop ...
I chose a travel cooler bag ...
The majority of the group ended up staying the night ...
in the beautiful rooms provided for us ...
after paying a visit to the Casino first ...
It was a great weekend ... !!!
Plans are in the works now ... for this group to get together at least once a year ...
Won't forget this evening , happy i was asked to participate , great people and great fun .
