Grandchildren Crafting
In the fall of 2010, while visiting the kidlets ... decided to take them for a walk to let mom have some peace and quiet ...
we took our buckets and baskets thru the bush and down the road to gather the colorful leaves ...
found lots of treasures ... rocks, sticks, crawly things, mud puddles & climbing trees ...
after a few hours we went back inside, arranged and ironed the leaves in waxed paper ...
I received this piece of artwork after a quick visit on my way back from the other Knight household ...
Daigen loves crafting ... he will sit or stand for hours , colouring, placing stickers on colourful sheets of paper or whatever is available ...
he absolutely loves to paint ... this picture he used a toothbrush and thought it was the neatest thing...
I am waiting to receive his newest creations ... using Bingo Dabbers
Omg! That is what grandparents do..teach the children how to craft and they will have a hobby for the rest of their lives..it is a sweet treat to see the photos with their crafts! I just love how your blog is evolving! Fantastic!
