Found the cutest pan for baking 8 little loaves ...
and with an abundant amount of Zucchini ...
it was the perfect time to whip up a batch and try out the new pan ...
I was delighted to see the results ...
There was enough batter to make the 8 little loaves ...
plus one in my other mini single loaf pan ...
these little Zucchini Loaves are perfect for me ...
and ... to share with others ... !!!
Perfect to give away as treats or freeze..I saw ones for baked doughnuts, they looked like they would be good as well.
