Spent a couple days harvesting the ripe veggies ... before frost set in again ...
leaving the green tomatoes on the plant ...
making sure they were covered with the insulated cover ...
for a few more days ...
Finally picked the last of the squash and zucchini ...
I then received a call from the neighbours ...
to come up and get some cabbage ... bok choy ... carrots ...
and 3 different varieties of apples ...
Good thing I baked a few batches of cookies ...
and a fresh peach crisp this day as well ...
I figured it was a fair trade to share some of them for the produce ...
Win ... win situation for all of us ... !!!
