Canning Day
My order of peaches finally came in ...
went into town yesterday to pick them up ...
from the Columbia Valley Greenhouse ...
lovely, fresh peaches in from the Okanagan ...
ended up with 43 lbs ...
Canning jars and canner ready ...
the process begins ...
First batch hot out of the canner ...
I'll be canning jars daily for the next couple of days ...
some of the peaches need time to ripen ...
and to be eaten ... !!!
